Jarvinian’s IT Mobility Initiative seeks early stage investments in a diversity of wireless IT related sub-sectors. Our preference is to take the lead in virtually all Seed, Startup, and Series A investments. The focus and prime interest of the Jarvinian strategy exists in these three formative stages. However, we will lead or partner in late stage follow-on investment rounds for our portfolio companies.
Typical initial investments will range from $1M to $5M, with an average target cap of $20M over the life of the investment. For extraordinary opportunities, Jarvinian is willing to consider investments falling above or below this range.
